Concord Enterprises – Parent company of Concord Interiors was established in 1972 and has a legacy of over 60 years as distributors of furniture hardware and accessories. We are the distributors of EBCO and ZIPCO brands in North Kerala.

Concord Design Studio was formed in 2016 with Head Office and factory at Cochin.

We have Branch Offices and Experience Centres at Calicut, Trivandrum, Kottayam.

Concord Interiors, An ISO 9001:2015 Certified company, is Headed by Mr. Prem Kishan – MD, who is a civil engineer and very passionate in Architectural and interior designs concepts. We are into interior designing and contracting works with a staff strength of 200 qualified, experienced people. We have executed over 6000 projects in South India.

We provide end-to-end residential interior design services — from concept to completion — creating homes that are stylish, functional, and uniquely yours. We do not take up commercial projects.

At Concord Design Studio, we begin by carefully listening to your requirements and understanding your space, lifestyle, preferences, and ideas.

Then we discuss your vision, budget, and design goals, and review any floor plans you have.
After gathering all this information , we provide personalized concept that meets your needs before moving to the next stages of design and execution.

Yes, you can definitely see the 3D designs and commencement of project execution is done only after your approval of the proposed 3D Designs.

For project value under a budget of 25 lakhs, we complete a project in a timeline of 45 days.

For project value exceeding 25 lakhs, we complete a project in a timeline of 60 days.

This is subject to approvals of Designs and site conditions ready for execution.

Your involvement is as much as you wish to be involved in the process till finalization. We value your ideas and feedback, especially during the design stages, color selection, choice of material etc. Once everything is finalized, our team handles the execution and coordination, keeping you updated at every step.

An interior design project cost will depend on your scope of work, material finish, fittings, area size, customization etc.

Once we finalize the project, there will be no hidden costs or over heads, subject to any additions required from the customer end. We strictly adhere to transparency in pricing and process.

3. Ready to move in package for 2 Bedroom Apartment

MRP: 14,60,000/-/-

OFFER PRICE: 9,50,000/-

4. Ready to move in package for 3 Bedroom Apartment

MRP: 16,80,000/-/-

OFFER PRICE: 10,95,0,000/- (GST extra)

Material-Exterior grade MDF Warranty Period-1 year

Material-Hardwares made of mild steel-All brands ,Warranty Period-1 year

Yes, we offer 1-year free service after handing over with two visits, and lifetime paid service after that.

Yes, we are open to your suggestions for choice of materials and finishes. However, materials can be selected only from the range we offer. We do not entertain materials with Sub Quality specifications.
