Grievance Redressal Policy

Health & Safety Committee

The Health and Safety Committee of Concord Interiors is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and secure working environment across offices, factories, and project sites.

The committee ensures compliance with safety standards, conducts regular site inspections, and organizes awareness programs on occupational health, fire safety, and emergency preparedness.

It also focuses on preventive measures to minimize workplace risks, ensure safe material handling, and enforce the use of proper protective equipment. Through continuous monitoring and employee participation, the committee strives to build a strong culture of safety, care, and responsibility within the organization.

Cultural Committee

The Cultural Committee of Concord Interiors is dedicated to fostering an engaging and vibrant workplace culture. The committee coordinates and organizes various programs, festivals, events, and employee engagement activities throughout the year.

Its objective is to create a lively, inclusive environment that celebrates creativity, teamwork, and diversity — values that align closely with our design philosophy. Through cultural celebrations, talent showcases, and interactive events, the committee ensures that every employee feels connected, inspired, and valued beyond their professional roles.

Training & Development Cell

The Training and Development Cell aims to enhance the professional and personal growth of every team member through structured learning initiatives.

It identifies skill gaps, plans technical workshops, software training sessions, and soft skill development programs to keep employees updated with the latest design tools, materials, and industry practices.
