A Legacy That Stood the Test of Time

Just like the spaces we create, our legacy wasn’t built overnight, it was earned through over 40 years of trust, craftsmanship, and timeless quality. Concord Enterprises was founded in 1972 under the leadership of Mr. K. K. Menon, laying the foundation for a decades-long legacy built on trust, quality, and enduring customer relationships. Established as a trading business specialising in waterproofing chemicals, the company was later taken forward by Mr. K. Premachandran in 1978, whose vision expanded beyond products to bringing modern comfort, functionality, and refined living into homes and workspaces.

Inspired by this legacy, Concord Interiors—formerly known as Concord Design Studio—was established a decade ago as a specialised interior design company dedicated to creating timeless living spaces. That same philosophy continues through Concord Interiors today. Our clients may first come to us for beautiful interiors, but they remain connected because of the transparency, honesty, and care they experience throughout the journey. Every design, conversation, and commitment reflects the values we have upheld for generations.

The Foundation of a Trusted Legacy

1972

Founded in 1972, Concord Group began its journey with a vision to deliver exceptional products and services. Over the decades, the company steadily expanded its presence, building a strong foundation across Kerala.

Strengthening Our Presence Across Kerala

1987

Concord Enterprises, a leading name in furniture hardware accessories trading, established its corporate office in Ravipuram, Cochin, in 1987, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. This expansion continued with the launch of the Calicut branch at Puthiyapalam in 1999.

Advancing Through Innovation & Experience

2010

A new phase of growth for Concord Enterprises began in 2010 when the Cochin operations shifted to Kathrikadavu with a fully equipped office and showroom facility. In 2011, the Calicut branch further advanced by relocating to Kottooli with a modern showroom space.

Expanding Operations & Launching Concord Interiors

2016

In 2016, Concord Enterprises expanded its operational capabilities with the launch of a warehouse in Cheruvannur, Calicut, while also marking a new chapter with the establishment of its sister concern, Concord Interiors, formerly known as Concord Design Studio.

Strengthening Manufacturing & Logistics

2017

The expansion continued in 2017 with the opening of a new factory in Kakkanad, Cochin, along with an additional warehouse facility in Marathakkara, Thrissur.

Bringing Design Closer to Customers

2018

To enhance customer experience and accessibility, Concord Interiors opened a dedicated Design Studio showroom in Kathrikadavu, Cochin in 2018.

Bringing Elevating Experiences

2022

In 2022, Concord Interiors relocated its factory operations to Angamaly, Cochin to support larger-scale production and future growth. The same year also witnessed the launch of Concord Enclave in Calicut, housing the EBCO National Discovery Centre and the Concord Interiors’ Experience Centre.

Expanding Our Horizon

2023

Concord Interiors further expanded its design and retail network in 2023 with the opening of a new showroom in Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum, along with the inauguration of a state-of-the-art head office at Vyttila, Cochin.

Upgrading Logistics Infrastructure

2024

In 2024, Concord Enterprise strengthened its logistics infrastructure through upgraded warehouse facilities in Chettissery, Thrissur and Nellalam, Calicut.

A New Identity for a New Era

2025

In 2025, Concord Interiors expanded into Kanjikkuzhi, Kottayam with the launch of a brand-new showroom. During the same year, Concord Design Studio was rebranded as Concord Interiors, reflecting the company’s renewed vision and evolving identity.

2026

Today, with a legacy spanning over five decades, Concord Group continues to evolve by strengthening infrastructure, expanding its footprint, and creating inspired spaces across Kerala.
